Management of the Red Eye in a Community ED.
Case #1: 28 yo M who was poked in the eye while wrestling. Small periorbital ecchymosis, conjunctival erythema, reactive pupils, consensual photophobia, fluorescein negative. Normal IOP bilaterally.
